<p><span style="font-size: 10pt">This summer, we are offering both Drawing and Watercolor Workshops for adults.<span> </span>The Drawing Workshop, taught by Victor Honigsfeld, begins on Wednesday, July 9, 2008, and continues for eight weeks until Wednesday, August 27, 2008.<span> </span>The Watercolor Workshop, taught by Caryn Gerega, begins Thursday, July 10, 2008, and continues until Thursday, August 28, 2008.<span> </span>Both of these classes will run from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. <span></span>The cost per workshop is $10 and you do not have to commit to attend all eight.<span> </span>You may attend as few or as many as you wish and you only pay for the workshops you attend.</span><span>If you wish to attend these workshops, it is not necessary to register in advance.<span> </span>Just show up with your painting or drawing supplies, your enthusiasm and your imagination and get ready to have some creative fun this summer.<span> </span></span><span>In Caryn Gerega’s Thursday watercolor workshop, you will paint a number of subjects from real life with the goal of discovering what is real in your own style.<span> </span>Your art should be a reflection of who you are and what you feel.<span> </span>Everything you create should have your thumbprint on it and reflect your authentic self.<span> </span>If you have never manifested your personal style before, this workshop will help you do so.<span> </span>If you already have a personal style, Caryn will help you develop and refine it.<span> </span><span style="color: black"></span></span><span style="color: black">Victor Honigsfeld’s Drawing Workshop is designed to be a drawing boot camp which will cover the basic elements of drawing.<span> </span>Here are the lesson plans for the eight weeks:</span><strong><span style="color: black">W<em><span style="font-style: normal">eek 1</span><span> -</span></em><em><span style="font-style: normal"> July 9</span><span> -</span></em></span></strong><span style="color: black"> <strong>Drawing is abstract</strong></span><span style="color: black">Working from upside down Xeroxes, we can learn to draw by placing abstract shapes on the page. </span><strong><span style="color: black">W<em><span style="font-style: normal">eek 2 &#8211; </span></em>July 16 -</span></strong><span style="color: black"> <strong>Line vs Mass Drawing</strong><br />
