NY One has put out a short film about our neighborhood. Jackson Heights has more attributes than just another Historic District in NYC. According to this film, it is considered a great place to raise a family. Our homes include spacious apartments and houses large enough to accommodate a family comfortably. Our neighborhood is more ethnically mixed than they express in this short.

I think everyone in NYC is being affected by real estate prices and the economic downturn. In my professional opinion the Real Estate prices in JH have dropped by about 10% since its high in 2006. Compared to other parts of NYC and the country JH is in a better position. There are several reasons why we are holding our values: Jackson Heights has little or no new construction, and the housing stock is architecturally rich. Other locations in NYC with similar housing stock to JH are double, if not triple the price.

During this economic struggle, BeaudoinRealtyGroup realizes that everyone is nervous about purchasing anything especially Real Estate. 2009 is the time to buy in JH because the location is excellent and convenient. In Real Estate you purchase location, location, location. Speaking for myself as a member of the JH community, who owns a business and condo in JH…Yes, we are holding our own!

The JH community welcomes newcomers to join our lovely Garden Community. Take a look at the film click photo below. It is nice to see Jackson Heights is in the limelight!

Our Community is a model for the U.S.. It works when you see three business men from 3 different parts of the world discussing something and they understand each other! It is amazing how we all can work together.
