Michele Beaudoin Lic RE Broker since 1985 started selling in Stamford,Connecticut. Working in JH since 1997 as a Realtor. Started Beaudoin Realtor in 2000 with a single desk. By 2005 the firm has grown to Beaudoin Realty Group. The staff has grown to a 6 person office by 2008. Michele has built her business on relationships. With experience Ms. Beaudoin has built an effective network of people who assist her in the field of real estate, design & architecture. Beaudoin Realty Group has ethos. Michele is an Interior Designer since she graduated Pratt Institute in 1983. MB Lifestyle Design & Decoration is her company. She is a licensed professional iinterior designer.
Stephanie Beaudoin, The Manager has worked with Michele since 2000 as an assistant and now an Office Manager. Stephanie is a graduate of St. John’s University in Marketing. Keeping in the family tradition Stephanie is Michele’s niece.
Joe Brunken, Lic. RE Salesperson is specializing in Forest Hills Gardens & vicinity. Joe is also the CFO of GARDEN HEIGHTS MANAGEMENT, INC. which he started along with Michele, The Broker. Together they will work hard to help smaller cooperatives and condominiums keep their building running properly.
Zoe Cornielle, Lic. RE Salesperson is specializing in the LIC, Woodside, JH area. She is the newest and youngest addition to the staff. Zoe’s people skills with the knowledge along with her hard work and honesty helps her to put together transactions. Zoe is fluent in Spanish.
Daniel Karatzas, Lic. Associate Broker & JH Historian has worked with Michele for more than 4 years. He continues to bring all his fine skills as a financial analyst and RE Broker to the firm. Daniel has added a historic, ethical and quantitative approach to Beaudoin Realty Group, Inc.
Ian Perler, Lic. RE Salesperson was brought up in the real estate and design business with his mom, Michele. He does work part time now while attending Central Connecticut State University in New Britian, Connecticut. Ian brings a sweetness to the Group with his soft selling and understanding of the younger generation’s needs.
Max the Office dog well he brings us joy, protection and has a calming effect on all that work at Beaudoin Realty Group! Max is usually in the office with the Broker but occasionally spends weekends and nights with Daniel his buddy!
