The closest run is on Whitney Avenue & Judge Street in Elmhurst. As far as the run, maybe Len Maniaci of JHBG may know about this. He does all the important work at Travis Park and was also trying to get a ball field for the kids north of Northern Blvd. in the landing path on 79,78 Streets 25 Ave. Get in touch with JHBG and leave Len an email. The trash cans are the Dept. of Sanitation...I did mention this years ago when I was a director of the JHBG! Personally I avoid walking 37th Ave. with my Buffy (yes, like the Vampire Slayer lol) because she's not good with crowds - 35th & 34th Ave.s needs cans! Though there are some buildings that put trash bags along the side..which is helpful..beats walking up and down the street with a bag of..well you know what ;) Hey!
