I hope the wifi users buy more than one item too. We need to respect our new establishments in the "hood".

Ouch! Ok, well no fret everyone..Starbucks (for those who enjoy their coffee & Wi-Fi connection) will be in the neighborhood...hopefully soon so EVERYONE gets to enjoy the coffee shops! :) I do agree with Cooperator. We just need to practice a bit of courtesy. This applies to everything in life. I am sure the Wi-Fi users buy more than ONE coffee...right? ;)

With all the sitting and browsing that is going on, the proprietor's should have no problem paying their rent, which I'm pretty sure is quite high. Are the browsers spending in there, or are they just contemplating the decor? Contemplation doesn't pay the bills.

That's what you are supposed to do at a coffee shop. Sit, browse, drink your coffee. Yes it's unfortunate that the place is so small, but that's not a reason to not be a customer.

Cooperator

Espresso 77 is having growing pains like all new businesses. Another technique is to stand around a minute or wait for a seat. You can do take out! I haven't noticed all the wifi users and filled tables...I will make a suggestion to the owners.

As much as I love the new Espresso 77, each time I go or try to go, all the tables are occupied by people using laptops and nursing one small cup of coffee. How is this good for the business, when there is limited seating to begin with? On one occasion, I walked in and walked right out. I went about some errands and returned approximately 1 hour later. The same people were still sitting there with that same cup of coffee! I wish they had more tables that were reserved for non wifi users.
